Patricia Avvocato, MD, FAAP

Patricia Avvocato, MD, FAAP, is a general pediatrician at Westchester Park Pediatrics in Purchase, New York. Her contagious enthusiasm and optimistic outlook complement her expertise and play an important role in the welfare of her patients. She has been practicing general pediatrics for 26 years.

Dr. Avvocato earned her medical degree at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Mexico. She continued her medical education by completing her pediatric internship and residency training at Cohen Children's Medical Center, formerly known as Schneider Children’s Hospital, in Queens, New York.

Dr. Avvocato is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is affiliated with White Plains Hospital in New York.

Born in Colombia and raised in Venezuela, Dr. Avvocato is fluent in English and Spanish, and serves a diverse population in Westchester County.
